While you may already have an idea of the treatment you’re seeking, the Minnesota Board of Dentistry requires our doctors to make their own diagnosis and present appropriate treatment options. To do this, the treating dentist will perform a limited exam to evaluate your condition.
Please note that a clinical exam can only detect what is visible. It may not reveal issues such as bone infections or damage beneath the gum line or between the teeth. For a more accurate diagnosis, X-rays will also be required.
We kindly ask all patients to make financial arrangements for any services provided. As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will submit claims for completed services based on the insurance information you provide. We work with a wide range of dental plans from many different carriers.

Before your first visit our office, please download and print out our new patient forms. Once completed, either fax them or bring them on your first appointment. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
